Yesterday, my cousin and I got up nice and early to watch the first screening of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban in Festival Mall, Alabang.

We watched the movie 2 times in Cinema 3 (talk about addicts, eh ).

The making of the movie was superb, I like it loads better than the first two. The acting is much more serious now, definitely better than the wimpy one I saw in the Sorcerer's Stone and the Chamber of Secrets.

Oh yes...the Dementors were simply terrifying. I love the way they were reimagined in this movie. The way they fly, the way their black garments move in that awfully creepy manner------grrr. It's enough to give me chills for a whole day.

Hermione's a lot more beautiful lately. I especially loved the candy part , in which Harry, Ron and the other boys in their dormitory ate those candies that made them roar. Ron really looked funny in that one.

Aside from these....ehrm....the movie had some bad aspects.

Harry didn't even wonder how Remus Lupin knew the parchment was a map, nor he didn't even bother to ask how his professor knew how to work it.

It also missed several crucial parts, including the Quidditch Final, Remus's explanation in the Shrieking Shack, Sirius's second break-in, which culminated in Neville's detention for writing down the passwords on paper.

And the Firebolt. Ah, the Firebolt. I don't know, but squashing it at the ending? Definitely a no-no for me.

Aunt Marge specifically lacked insults. And she didn't fly out of the house, mind. She just stayed inside. The Owl Post wasn't there.

The Knight Bus was stripped of the one thrill I was expecting from it-----the way it made whole buildings jump out of its way.

Just sums it up. You can't really please everyone. But apart from the flaws----Harry Potter And the Prisoner of Azkaban is, and always will be----loads better than the first two movies.

I just hope that they won't cut off many details from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire,because that will definitely ruin the story and destroy the mystery the book has so beautifully portrayed.

I've been offline for six days now, owing to the unexplainable disappearance of our Net phone's dial tone.

I'm in an internet cafe this time....not much as I can say...

IV-Pasteur. Yap, yan ang bago kong section. Pinangungunahan ni Bb. Celine Calado, Economics teacher, at kinabibilangan ng 29 estudyante kabilang ang sarili ko.

Huling taon ko sa Muntinlupa Science High School, at ang huling taong yon ay dadaan at lilipas sa sectiong Pasteur.

10 ang boys at 19 ang girls. Sa totoo lang, eto na yata ang pinaka masayang section sa fourth year. Ibang-iba ang ambience sa room namin----na sabi nga ng kaklase kong si Daryl----may kinalaman din daw sa aming "vivacious" adviser. Hehe. Loko talaga.

Sa ngayon wala pang decor ang room namin, sa Sabado namin gagawin. Lahat daw kelangan pumunta. Or else.

Kasama na rin pala ako sa CAT. Masarap pala ang pakiramdam kapag sina-sidestep-an ka ng mga kaklase. Harhar. Makakaganti na rin ako. Joke lang.

Sana wag muna magsimula ang training. Mahirap na. Nyahahah.

Meron kaming 12 subjects. Lahat ay mahirap, walang madali----well, Values siguro pwede pa. English-----masaya dahil Mythology ang focus. Linear Algebra at Calculus----erm, ewan ko na lang. Physics-----masaya! Filipino----interesante dahil matututo na kaming mag bisaya! Nyahaha. Di ito joke. At yung iba pa....erhm...bahala na lang siguro.

At bakit tagalog ang entry kong ito? Sabi sayo interesante ang Filipino namin ngayong taon.

Ki-lin

A mythical being of Chinese mythology, comparable
with the western unicorn. Ki-lin personifies
all that is good, pure, and peaceful. It lives
in paradise and only visits the world at the
birth of a wise philosopher. The Ki-Lin is
said to walk on earth and on water. It never
drinks or eats dirty food or water. The Chinese
unicorn never treads on smaller animals below
its feet nor does it ever harm another living
creature. The Ki-Lin is the emblem for
exquisite goodness, longevity, grandeur,
endless compassion and great wisdom. According
to Chinese mythology, at the birth of Confucius
a Ki-Lin appeared and Confucius died soon after
a Ki-Lin was killed, he believed that his

Pero yun ang pinili ng Ate ko kahit na tatlong beses siyang pumasa sa Wizard Job Test. Buti pa siya.

Siguro talagang may balat ako sa puwit. Wala pang isang buwan mula ng lumayas ako ng Geffen e kinalaboso na naman ako ng kamalasan.

Nakarating na ako sa Prontera non, pero naubos nang lahat ang kakaunting perang naipon ko. Gutom na 'ko pero wala talaga akong magawa. Nakakahiya namang manghingi kasi wala akong kakilala. Maraming ulit na sumasagi sa isip ko ang isa sa mga pinakamatinding kasalanan sa mundo pero kailangang magtimpi. Hindi mabuti iyon. Masama. Hindi dapat.

Hihimatayin na siguro ako sa gutom, pero tinulungan ako ng isang Priest. Sinama din niya ako sa Sanctuary---yung malaking simbahan sa may hilagang silangan ng Prontera. Tinulungan niya ako at tinanong kung ano daw ang ginagawa ko sa siyudad. Sinabi ko. Sabi niya pwede raw akong maging Acolyte. Pagkatapos pinaliwanag niya ang mga kakailanganin.

Nagtungo ako sa Thieves' Guild. Humingi ako ng brochure mula doon sa lalaki. Mahirap din ang requirements. Higit sa lahat ay ang bilis ng pagkilos at bilis ng kamay. Wala ako noon e. Mabigat man sa loob ko at kahihiyan ay kinailangan kong lumisang muli at amining natalo na naman ako.

Pumunta ako ng Payon. Tatlong araw akong naglakad mula Morroc. Kahit paano naman ay lumamig muli ang klima noong nagsulputan na uli ang mga puno.

Hindi nalalayo ang pagiging Archer sa pagiging Mage. Kinumbinsi ko pa ang sarili ko para lang pumunta sa Archer Village. Pero bigo pa rin e. Boljaks. Strictest requirement daw ang 20-20 vision. Malabo ang mga mata ko----heto nga't nakasuot pa ako ng nagkakapalang salamin. No choice ako ulit.
